Ronald
Owner. Husband, father, grandfather. Ron started the company by trading in his dirtbike to buy his first backhoe. Over the years, his fleet of equipment grew. Ron's exceptional operating skills and high quality of work have led to running a successful business for the past 40 years.
Dustin
Father of two. Dustin grew up in an excavator; before he could walk, he was in the seat with Ron. A few years later, he was operating on his own. Growing up in and around the company has led to many years of expertise. Dustin joined Ron full-time after completing college.
